Method of Payment:
Tuition is billed each Monday or monthly on the 4th. A written 30-day notice is required to withdraw from the program. Your account stays charged until the end of that 30-day notice or until all required payments are made. The form also asks about allergies, food restrictions or medical problems, and two emergency contacts we can reach if you cannot be reached.
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORIZATION
This section gives Gallop's Family Center, Inc., or its appointed driver permission to transport your child in Gallop's Family Center Inc. vans. Mark the box to allow it. If you would rather your child not ride in the vans, leave it blank and talk with the office.
RECEIPT OF CHILDCARE POLICIES
You confirm you have received and understand all the childcare policies provided to you in this registration packet. You agree to adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the packet. Read it through before you sign, and ask the office about anything that is unclear.
PHOTO RELEASE
You choose whether photos of your child may be used, and where. You may grant or not grant still photos in promotional materials. You may grant or not grant still photos on the facility's website. You may grant or not grant display on facility bulletin boards, shown to current and prospective clients.
What this looks like in practice
After school, children come in, put their bags down, and settle into a snack and a quiet stretch before homework or free play. Staff help with reading, projects, and games in the same rooms used earlier in the day. Parents pick up by the center's closing time and get a quick word about how the afternoon went.
A steady after-school routine gives children a place to land instead of an empty stretch at home. They finish homework with help, burn off energy with friends, and come home calmer and ready for dinner. Over a week, that rhythm eases the evening rush for the whole family.
